Our preferred shipping method will be USPS Priority 2-3 Day, depending on location in USA.

We do not ship to Canada or Internationally at this time.

SHIPPING FAQ
  • FREE SHIPPING on order $50 & UP | USPS 2-3 DAY DELIVERY
  • Flat Rate $7.99 on order $49.99 & Under | USPS 2-3 DAY DELIVERY
  • All items are shipped with tracking that is sent via email once order is processed.
  • Standard Delivery is 2-3 working business days from the time your order is shipped. Please take into consideration weekend and holidays. If you are needing special accommodation or rush delivery -- please give us a call for rates. 
  • We are not responsible for package delays due to USPS schedule, once the package is received at the post office they are no longer under our control. It is the Customers responsibility to file claims to Lost or Stolen items. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information given by customers. 
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
  • Orders placed will be processed same day, in most cases shipped the following business day, Tuesday-Friday. We do not ship orders on Saturday, Sunday or Monday. 
  • Orders after 3:00 p.m.CDT will ship the following business day.
  • Orders placed during the weekend or holidays will be processed the next business business day. (If we are unable to ship due to Out of Stock items or if there is a problem with your order we will contact you via email.)
 WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER SHIPPED FASTER?

Just let us know! We can provide overnight shipping and invoice you for the additional shipping cost for an overnight delivery to your address.

PLACING AN ORDER
  • Once a successful order is placed a confirmation email will be sent to you indicating your order has been received. If you do not receive this email please check your SPAM/JUNK Mail Folder.
  • Once an order is processed it can't be canceled. If you have any questions or concerns please call 580-327-3467.
  • Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Your item may be out of stock or be delayed due to customer confirmation before shipping. We will contact you if we are unable to full-fill order.

HOW DO I USE A PROMOTIONAL CODE?

IN-STORE PICK UP @ THE DAISY VILLAGE - ALVA,OK

If you wish to use our In Store Pickup option select - PICK UP- as Delivery Option.

  • An email will be sent to you showing your order is fulfilled & ready to pickup at 506 Flynn St. Alva, Ok
  • All orders placed are ready to be picked up same day as placed in most cases -- If you have questions regarding your order fulfillment Give us a call at the store!
  • Holidays + Store Events may delay store pickup times. Our Storefront location is closed on Sunday, Monday & most Federal Holidays, please take this into consideration when using store pickup!
  • Courtesy calls are given if items have no been picked up in 2 business days
  • Paid Orders left over 7 Business Days will be marked as abandoned, a refund will be made & items will be restocked.
  • Unpaid or Pay upon Pickup items are not guaranteed after 3 business days. Unpaid items will be marked as abandoned & items will be restocked without notification.
  • Please Be respectful to our Store Pickup Policy by only purchasing items you intend to pay for - we reserve the right to refuse service upon Abuse of the Store Pickup Feature.

For Online Orders: A Special Store Digital Credit Gift Card will be made that is connected to your account email, this will be emailed once return is processed.
